Yes, they make a difference. I noticed I could take curves about 10 mph faster and stayed more level afterward.

They help, but I've never heard of that company and that seems quite cheap for a STB, even if it's on EBay. The cheapest I've seen them go for is around 90. Just remember, you get what you pay for.

As stated, you get what you pay for. My first shot at a STB was a single tube, much like the one here. If you take corners hard it might bend. I would be curious why it says at the top "excluding LT1 and SS models", and at the bottom "made for V8....". These two statements seem to contradict each other. I now have a Hotchkis STB, works wonders for cornering. Again, you could very well get what you pay for.

It should say excluding 96 and 97 SS and V6 models. Both of those require a different type of STB that leans back toward the firewall.

....I checked it out and it does seem like a low price. They also had Long Tube headers for $409, which is the same price as Hookers.... It seems as if a STB would be REALLY easy to fabricate yourself, doesn't it? Probably the easiest thing on a car to fab.... Bill....

No it says excluding LT1 SS models. You out the word AND in there and that does make a difference. Probably because of the air filter why it wouldnt work with the SS models.

Im not cornering that hard I just want my car firm and tight and cheap as I can get it done. I really think that some parts are really over priced and a bar called a STB is one of those. I feel that over $50 is really to much.
I went to a local machine shop and they can make me one for $40 any design I want but they need one to take measures from one to get it to fit right. Im gonna buy this one and try it out and if it bends take it to the machine shop and let them stiffen it up.

You will feel the difference with anything you put on. It will help no matter what. I just wouldn't recommend it for autocross!!!
