Is it worth converting to a 6 speed from an auto ?

I guess I'm use to them. I used one in my '80 Turbo Trans Am, my 500+hp '70 Firebird and now in my '94 Z28. But I do manually shift mine (sometimes). Hey, I'm almost 49 so I know what you're talking about!!
