Why would you want too?? i think all you would need is something to plug the radiator-water pump and just a oil filter.

I just deleted the oil cooler on my '94. The only things I needed were two bolts to replace two studs holding the oil filter adapter on the block when it's used in conjuction with the oil cooler. There is also a bypass hose that runs from the water pump to the bottom of the radiator. I think it may be possible to simply block off that port in the water pump, which would eliminate the need for that hose, but I'm not absolutely certain about that.

I can post part numbers later today.

I second what bill stated. Just go get two regular bolts to replace the stock one's with a pole on the end and also get a hose from waterpump to radiator and you're done! Part#63492 for the hose. Sorry, i forgot the bolt size to replace the stock bolts.

I deleted the cooler recently due to coolant line leak and not being able locate a replacement see this post:

The GM part # for the bolt is 3951644. You will need two of them. You can probably find bolts that will work without going through GM.

The GM part # for the bypass hose appears to be 10197675.

As stated by some including myself, you will probably gain a slight increase in oil pressure. Plus it's one less part to worry about, as far as collecting debris.

I took a dremel tool and cut the top off my bolts. Worked fine.
