Wiring up CSI water pump?

I put a CSI water pump in and I was wondering what relay I should buy, type and part number would be great. I also need a relay to wire up a manual fan switch could I just use the same type? On a side note I was wondering if there is a way to wire up a warning light when the water temp gets to a certain point? This is my goal, my car never gets above 190 deg. so if I could wire somthing up where a light goes off at 195 deg I would know that the more than likley the water pump has failed. By the way I want this in addition to the light when it loses power.

Most people just use a 30 amp relay.

Yeah the reason I was having so much trouble finding the relay is because I was going to the auto store. I went to radio shack and they had the exact ones I needed. Thanks guy's
