My windshield wipers won’t park anymore. When I turn them off, the just stay in the down position. Every once in a while they will randomly park on their own, so I think it is a problem with a sensor somewhere.

Does anyone have a diagram of the wiper mechanism? If I can see how the system works I can probably find out what’s wrong.


Also, my windshield washer pump stopped working. Over the past year, it has slowly worked its way down to a trickle. Where is the pump located and how do I get to it?

THe park prob is usually a circuit board that is attached to the wiper motor that goes bad... easier to swap the whole motor[ and I believe a new one comes with]
I got a used later motor and swapped it in about a yr ago.. no probs since..

ever figure out the pump problem? My fluid only trickles out as well so gonna has to fix something when i get back in town
