Wiper motors are going?

Wiper motors are going?
When I use my wipers, they move sparatically, and dont do what I set it on...they still move fine though. Does this mean the motors are going, or is it electrical?
If its the motors, are they hard to replace?

It sounds like the electrical board on the wiper motor that controls the delay function...
Mine right now is gone, and when I cut the wipers off, they park at the top of the cycle....i have to pull the fuse on the delay...
Just replace the motor(it's a royal pain in the butt)
