my oem wiper arms and blades came in today.....

upon inspection of the long awaited replacement blades....the whole blade, not just the insert, the are different than my originals.
I called the dealer asking if this is what GM was subbing. the guy looked them up and gave me the same number as what I recieved today.He said thats what it came up as....

The new ones are all metal and have no vents. part # 22121694.
at 28.00 each whosale....I really was wanting the OEM like my old ones.

My new arms came looking like my originals ...

anyone know whats up with the blade story ? are the vented style no longer available ?

Im hanging on to my original vented ones....as a keepsake ,lol
