OK guys, I just did put this motor in about 4 months ago and it is already acting up on me. When the key is in the accesory position everything is fine, but as soon as I start my car the motor makes the loud buzzing noise and every 15 to 20 seconds it makes my windshield wipers go about a fourth of the way up the windshield. Is there something wrong with the motor, or did something go wrong with the wiring. When I hit the windshield wipers from inside the car the buzzing stops and it works fine, just when the wipers are off it acts like this.

Thanks guys, I would like to avoid another 200 bucks!!
