Will SFC's help my times much???

I'm sure they'll help with the weight transfer and stuff but how much?? Anyone notice a diff???

i saw a consistent .1 on my 60's and about the same at the end of the track. pretty much the same with the front swaybar of the car.

the more rigid you make your car with all the suspention mods out there the more power you put to the ground. everything from solid/poly mounts,bushings,SFC,LCA,control arms,shocks etc. the difference between a car with stock suspention and one with $3000 in suspention work would most likely be .5+

MadMaxz28 are you a memeber of the eastern f body association?
I do belive i have raced you before. As soon as i saw that you were from Glen Burnie and have a black z28 with 1st gen emblems and a loud *** exhaust. Do you remember racing a teal convertible z28 probably during august?
