my pacesetters should be here any daynow and i didnt get the y with them, should it be pretty easy for my shop to make a Y pipe?? i am putting in cutouts right after the headers anyway buy can they do it or should i just buy one??? oh and if they make one it normaly doensnt cost me much im friends w/ the owners.

Curious, i just bought a set, swithcing over from my hooker LT.

Hows plug access? Any clearance issues (engine bay and ground?)

 

A basic Y-pipe should be cake for them. However, have fun with the dual cutouts. I had them for a while, and unless the shop can custom fabricate them similar to the Quicktime Performance LS1 y-pipe, you'll have some serious clearance issues. With my lowered front end, I seriously had less than an inch to the ground from the flange on the cutout; and on top of it the driver's side exited almost right onto the fuel line. Now on the other hand, it sounded amazing.
