I was looking around under car and noticed that the ground wire coming from the battery going to the frame and alternator was pinched in between the bracket on the ac compressor and the swaybar. Can this cause a multiple misfire reading and cause the car to run like crap?

 

if it is the negative cable from the battery to the frame then no it wont cause a misfire. not as far as i know, i would relocate that wire anyway
