Will MAC headers fit stock I-Pipe?

Will MAC headers fit stock I-Pipe?
Im getting MAC headers with the MAC cat, will the MAC cat bolt right up to my stock I-Pipe?

Just wanted to make sure

Not sure about a MAC cat, but the MAC off-road pipe I got fit the stock I-pipe just fine. Same company, I'd assume the same design... should fit.
