Will LT1 lifters work in L48/L82?

Looking to swap LT1 lifters into a 1980 Corvette. If this is possible do I need also to use the LT1 pushrods and/or rockers?

No you will need a retrofit roller lifter kit. The LT1 uses the same lifters as the 87+ factory equipped roller blocks up to but not including the LS1.
