In summit they show a lt4 conversion heads,cam,manifold...... all the stuff one needs but it say that its only for 96-97 why ? Will that not wokr on a 94 lt1 block? Also i blow a head gasket at the track the other day so im in the market for some new heads or head/cam packages looking for place to buy,suggestions welcome!

Are you sure Summit actually has them? The kits appear to have been discontinued by GM after they stopped making the LT4 intake manifold. As noted above, there are much less expensive ways to make much more HP.

does elliott port works take your heads and port them or does he have heads that he sends you, then you send him your cores??? ANd do you guyd know if he does a full head recondition (new valve guides,valve job..) or just port work
