Question Will i like the sound of my CC306???

I have a CC306 going in with new pistons with a little higher compression not really sure what, gm extreme duty timing chain, most bolt ons, 1.6 comp RRs, multi angle valve job, port and polished stock heads, cranne valve springs. This will be running next weekend and really want to know what to expect as far as sound, power, and maybe times i also have cutouts so that will effect the sound

After some tuning, you will run very good. Although the CC306 might be pusing it if you have a stock bottom end. Might be a good idea to reinforce it. just my .02

the 306 is not to much for a stock bottom end car the are people running bigger cams than that. so are runing the 306 on stock heads and longtubes and are pulling 12.6 to 12.7s at the track.

honestly thats the smallest cam i would put in a pretty much stock car personally.

and you will like the sound of the 306.
