will i get a code from deleting egr and air.
Ive read up on this a lot, and Ive been getting yes and no's. my buddy owns a LT1 shop, and he says it wont. I heard if you leave a good fuse in for the air it wont throw a code. I have a 94 Z28. The reason im deleting is because of my long tube headers that are not emissions friendly..lol. Any info on this subject will be great. Im more than likely going to be installing my headers this weekend. Thanks.

On your year car having a good fuse and relay in the AIR pump circuit should keep codes away. You might get an EGR operation code 32 once in a while. If also you remove the EGR solenoid, you will (or should) get and EGR electrical code 27. Reprogramming can keep it at bay.
