You won't gain much HP at all with an underdrive pulley on the LT1, because unlike all other small block Chevy's, the water pump is not driven off the serpentine belt. It's gear driven off the timing set.

Here's a dyno test with an U/D pulley on an LT1, gained 0.7 peak HP:

It looks like your car has all the bolt-ons. You could get a mail-order tune or a dyno tune for more power. Might have to start reading up on heads/cam combinations at this point. People around here and other forums seem to like Lloyd Elliot and Advanced Induction.

I don't see that much on the mods list for the engine.... CAI, long tubes, custom tune, and a 58mm TB. First 3 are good, last one is not important. Rest is suspension/chassis. The EGR and A/C delete don't affect performance, other than weight. What about something as simple as the throttle body coolant bypass, 160* thermostat with corrections to the tune to match, or 1.6X full roller rockers w/ LT4 knock module (if you can find one)? What's behind the long tubes - duals or catback?

3.73 or 4.10 gears will really wake it up.

The catback is a larger exhaust from the catalytic converter back. Several companies make them, and they produce more power. Here's a link to the Magnaflow. You can buy from anyone you want, as this is just for illustrative purposes.

Hottexhaust - Search Results for "15620 15694"
