i was thinking of mixing half and half cam 2 and half 94 octane,,,,would this help? or should i just stick to the straight 94?

 

No. Unless your getting bad detonation, there is no need. 94 octane should be fine for a N/A application such as yours.

ok thanks,,,,,,,reason i was asking is a friend of mine ran cam2 in his firebird and he picked up 2 tenths consistently when he ran cam2,,,,,,,and he has about the same mods as me,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but he may have just driven better that day i guess

 

unless there is detonation present your et shouldnt improve,in fact you possibly could slow down some.The higher the octane the slower it burns and the more ignition leed is needed to fire the mixture.
