Will adjusting the throttle body stop bolt adjust the idle?
My throttle body blades are hanging up a little bit right before they close all the way and I was wondering if I could just adjust the screw so they dont go back all the way. Will the IAC compesnate for this and not rais the idle, or will it raise the idle? And I'm not talking about alot, just a little bit.

Depends where the IAC motor is positioned (counts) with the blades correctly closed. As you open up the blades, the IAC motor will close down. That will control the idle rpm at the PCM setting until the IAC position hits "0 counts". At that point, the IAC motor loses control of the idle, and it will start to increase.
Why not clean the TB, oil the shaft pivots and touch up the binding areas (if any remain after cleaning) with a very light touch of very fine sandpaper (off the engine ).
