Will a 94 LT1 engine Fbody work in a 96 B-body?

Will a 94 LT1 engine Fbody work in a 96 B-body?
Just as the title says, I have a possible buyer for my motor and he has a 96 impala. As far as I know the motors are identical with the exception of the Iron HEads Vs ALuminum Heads. MY 94 Has a vented OPti. I sold me Fuel rails and for sure the computer from the impala would have to be used. I also have a set of jet hot headers. DOes anyone know if the motor mounts are the same?
