I have a Global West Phr than Iwant to sell. I have a guy with a 3rd gen who wants it but I need to know if it will fit.

 

Yup.
The only real difference back there between the two is the 4th gen axel is wider than the 3rd gen, but all mounts are the same. and you can bolt either axel up to either car. So yes, you can use a 4th gen PHR on a 3rd gen
