why is my car feel slow?

yeah, id say at least an 11.9 is doable, i have a friend w/ a formula running 12.03 on a bolt on and cc306 car w/ 4.10s and DRs, so having a slightly higher stall than him, and more cubes, idk why it wouldnt be doable
