yep stock coil will be gone. ah this is the best place for the MSD- gets cool air to it. not sure of i still need it or the Delteq system comes wth something to retard timing/boost? i can never get those people to email back.... elitesparkplugs that is. thing bout the valve cover deal is that the wires would be run easier and not have to be so long. i didn't buy wire sets of them so i need to cut to fit wires somewhere... that way i can make them whatever length i want incase i can't get the valve cover deal to work. please go to www.elitesparkplugs.com and click on the link for the delteq kit scroll down to the seprate parts you can buy and you will see or look at the install pics for pictures of the valve cover metal piece.
