Sounds like you're trying to get a "warm and fuzzy" about what you've already bought.
It's all a relative thing. Generally on an F-Body, the larger (especially the front) you go on bars, the better the car handles due to decreased body roll and better camber control. So any move up from stock is going to feel better. If the 32mm 1LE bar is the largest you've tried, you'll like it. If you tried the 35mm ST bar, you'd like it even more.
As you go up in front bar size, you'll notice reduced body roll and much quicker steering response.
If you read in the autocross/road race forum here you'll probably see most of us recommend the 19mm-21mm rear bar sizes. ST sells a 25mm which everyone considers too large for autocross/road race use. A 23mm would be marginal IMHO. I use a 21mm (actually it's suppose to be a 21.5mm LG Motorsports) for my rear bar simply because I like more neutral handling in corners. Anything larger makes it difficult getting the power down when exiting corners. On the street this is probably less important.

I'll show ya a warm n fuzzy, lol.... Im just interested in learning more about this stuff... I dont wanna do these upgrades 5 different times but once with something I'll be overall happy with... Ya know?
Try what you bought for a little while. You already have those so get use to what they feel like. I think we recommended the 35mm to you once before.... If you don't want to keep changing things, you can't try to get by cheap. Pay a little more and do it right once. You've asked about shocks in another post and I've said the same thing there. ESPECIALLY with the shocks. They are not easy to change and you don't want to have to do it again for a while. Luckily the sway bars are easy to change and you can sell yours.
