Who does the best head work?

Hopefully you realize that "best", and "reasonably priced", don't necessarily work well in the same sentence.

That being said....I'll put my vote in for the best:

I used to hear a lot of good things about Craig @ GTP, but lately I havent been hearing so good, such as flow numbers not being as high as quoted, etc. There is a head porter in my town that I didnt even realize was here, until a member here informed me of him, he does really nice work from what Ive heard around town since I found out about the place. Place is called Killian's... Here is a link.. www.killiansportingservice.com He has a picture of a set of LT1 heads under automotive that he ported.. Ive heard nothing but good things about that shop.

Ck out Totalengineairflow.com. The guys name is Brian. I hade a lot of people to say he is the man! He ported my heads and i love them.

He deals with a lot of mustangs but he advertises lt1 porting also and claim he can give you an 11 second head and cam package (converter and header and tb a must). I have not run my car yet with this package because i am waiting on Ed Wright to send my computer back but, i fell it will perform it feels great.

ck him out

Take a look at www.AdvancedInduction.com I've dynotuned enough of their cars to say without question they know something the other guys don't.

Admittably I'm biased, after dynotuning 3 cars with their heads I'm buying up a set.. hope to have the engine together next month..

Give Phil a shout at Phil@AdvancedInduction.com he'll tell you what it will take to reach your goals.

Hope this helps,

-Christian

Another vote for AI. As CMillard mentioned, they ,ake good top end power and the HP/TQ at 2500 is impressive as well.

Another vote for Advanced Induction. You have to have more than pictures of your work on a website, you need actual real world results.

Phil and Lloyd do nice work, especially for the money. Two big thumbs up there.

If you're looking for the "best" well that's tough.... but aint in no way cheap. Ron Hutter, Carl Foltz, Dale Eicke, Bill Jenkins and a guy from Phil's neck of the woods comes to mind.... Don Losito. Don is one of the premier cylinder head developers in the country. Went to school with Don and still keep in touch with him on a somewhat regular basis.... speaks highly of our mutual pal Riddeck as well.
