Where is the switch for the brake lights?

I put a 700r4 in my '95 z28 and I need to get the converter lockup wired right. I had a switch rigged up on the brake pedal to unlock the converter when I hit the brakes but it isn't working out right. I need to know where the switch is for the brake lights to come on. I supppose I could also tap into a wire that gets power when the brake lights come on. Can anyone tell me where would be a good spot to tap into?

Dustin

The switch is on the bracket by the pedal arm under the dash.

Thanks. Do you know what wire is hot when the brake pedal is depressed?

In the grey connector, power is passed from the orange to lt blue wire when the pedal is depressed.

Thanks a ton for the help. So the blue wire (on the grey connector) is "hot" when the pedal is depressed and "not hot" when the pedal is in its normal postion?

Thanks again,
Dustin
