Where to get race tranny?

Where can I get a tranny that will last more than a couple of mouths? I plan to be putting down 550rwhp with a 50 shot.
I have seen LS1speed's trannys but I am not sure on how well they will last. Plus they went up in price sence the last time I went to there site.

What other places build trannys for our cars that will take what ever I can dish out?
