where does the air pump plug in?? need help fast
I didn't put the AIR system (or egr etc.) back in when I put my car back together. I see that there are 2 plugs on the AIR pump. I see where one of them goes on my wiring harness. The other one looks like an injector plug. Where does it go? It doesn't have anything to do with my injectors not firing does it? It seems like a long shot.

You might want to mention the year of your car... the AIR setup varies a little bit over the years 1993 to 1997. A "signature" with key info about your car will make it easier for people to respond correctly.

Sorry. It is a '95. I will get a sig wrote up. I checked my injectors w/ a noid light and they are getting juice. Nothing comes out of any of them when I lift the injectors off the manifold though. There is fuel in the rail, but I need to go buy a gauge to check the pressure.

I figured it out (after a lot of swearing). I figured the air pump was a long shot, but I thought it might have been a way to try and keep people from removing emissions equipment.
I had my injectors flow tested and cleaned 3 weeks ago. 7 tested good and 1 tested bad so I bought 1 one and thought I was good to go. I knew the problem seemed like the injectors weren't firing but I ruled them out because I just payed $120 to have them tested. After hours of checking everything else 1 cylinder would fire every time. It was the one with the new injector. I took my injectors back to the place with the flow tester and I have 7 injectors locked shut. I can't figrue out how they didn't notice before. Talk about a kick in the nuts when you thought you were done spending money on a project. This puts my "way over budget" project even farther out of my college budget. Oh, well I think it will fire right up with all new injectors.
