Where do you mostly mount your cutout?

Where do you mostly mount your cutout?

I'm going to get a cutout and just wanted to see the best place to put?

I just had mine put on and they put it in the "cavity" by the rear axle. Fit's perfect and no clearence issues.....Later

In my MAC off road pipe where the cat usually goes. Very easy to get to the wing nuts (mine's manual). With it open, the car runs .2 better...12.2 closed/12.0 open.

mines in the void also, but im going to be picking up one more and putting them on my headersafter my longtube install.

Mine's right after my offroad pipe, in the same 'cavity' as everyone else's. I can get to it pretty easily.

i recmond putting it BEFOR the cat, that way when its open you have the most flow possible, not running exhaust through the cat

I think best results would be before the cat...

on my car i have two right behind the header collector about a foot back. gains are 16rwhp and 18rwtq

Plus I don't think you will gain that much more, by having 2 instead of 1.
