i have a 94 TA and i and in stalling hooker super comp long tube headers and they did not come with the bungs in them. i have heard that u cant put the bung on the top of the collector cause its will hit the floor board. so where do i need to drill the wholes for the bungs?

Install them facing each-other as if the headers were alredy installed in the collector.

PS - I didn't do the welds

 

What y-pipe are you using? I would recomend putting them there. If you have a coated set of headers you will ruin the coating in the area of the bungs.Same deal face them towards the tranny.
