Where can you get a Scanmaster repaired?

Where can you get a Scanmaster repaired?
My Scanmaster has gone insane, flashing display, maybe power up for a second or so, maybe not.
All three connections have been verified good. I had this happen one time in the distant past, and the manufacturer swapped it out for me (super kudos, the unit was 3-4 years old at the time).
Is anyone repairing these units, or does anyone have any ideas for me to debug? I'm decent with a soldering iron and DVM, if that helps.
