Where can i buy the adapters that plug the poluction into the BBK Headers?

Where can i buy the adapters that plug the poluction into the BBK Headers?
Does anyone know where i can buy the piece that hooks the smog piping to the BBK Headers? I cant find any that will fit. Its a different thred pattern than the stock manifolds. Please help, sounds rough under the hood with a leak.
