Did you try just buying a standard TB gasket and using an X-acto knife to match the holes up?

Yeah, just buy a stock gasket and cut it larger to fit.

Actually I tried cutting one of those black stock TB gaskets with all kinds of blades and I can tell you that it is really hard to cut it, and damn near impossible to cut it cleanly. It came out looking like crap. I have an AS&M TB and I ordered some new 58mm gaskets from them. Theirs are just thin yellow paper (and overpriced at $4.50 a piece) but still way better than hacking up a NAPA gasket.

If you're ambitious enough you can make your own. It's not hard.

Stock sized gasket + dremel tool/razor blade = 58mm gasket

Screw the gasket. Silicone is your friend.

If you want a gasket to port your intake manifold, then I would get one that goes with your TB. Some are different than others.

Yep, I also "ported" mine with a dremel... Works very well and looks like it's been cut by a machine....
