When you scan your car, what does a bad o2 read?
I'm gonna buy an aldl cable to scan my car because I think I have a bad o2 sensor even though the ses light doesnt come on. I will be using freescan. What should I look for on the o2 sensor readings?

In closed loop, the O2 sensor readings will be swinging maybe 10 times per second between 0xx - 9xx mV's. The average of those reading shuold be 450mV. Unless your scan software it capable of reading 10 frames per second, you'll miss some of the readings.
If the readings are slow to change in closed loop, or static, there's a problem. At WOT, you'll be lookig at fairly constant values, hopefully in the 870-920mV range (depending on your apllication), but at the A/F ratios required for peak power/torque, the O2 sensors are simply not very accurate.
