I have a 306 cam and when I come to a stop light I have to keep tapping on my breaks to keep my car idling. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Do you have a tune for all those mods? And check for vacuum leaks.

most likely a vaccum leak.

On a side note: I don't know why I hear/read about people having driveability(sp) problems with this cam. I have the CC306 with my own tune(with the help of this forum) and I don't have ANY problems at all.

It even ran good with the stock tune.

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Could possible be a bad brake booster since you say you have to keep hitting the brakes to keep it running.

If it won't idle without pumping the brakes, it would appear its not getting enough air unless it gets some backflow from the booster. Check the IAC counts with a scanner. If the counts are approaching 160 and its not controlling the idle, either the IAC passages may be plugged up, or the IAC motor may not be working.
