What's wrong with my Traction Control?

I've got a 96 z28 auto..

Well out of no where when I'm comming to a complete stop my breaks will get "mushy" and the traction control light will flash on my dash... Does it almost every time and has only been doing it for the last two days. Before this, I've only seen the traction control light flash on maybe twice.. both times were just random and nothing really happened. I can do burnouts fine.. at the track or just driving in the rain.. whatever the case may be and traction control will NEVER come on.

It does it every time I come to a stop now..no problems with traction... just right before the car comes to a complete stop, the breaks are weird, then it shuts off after a few seconds and everything is back to normal.

Anyone at all have any idea what this crap could be???

I had this same problem and it turned out the connector at the front pass side wheel wasnt plugged in all the way. Check all the plugs and clean the sensors and inbetween the lil teeth it senses, they tend to fill up with crud. That will more then likely fix your problem.

Anyone know if the wire going from the car->front wheel sensors can be replaced? Mine looks like it got a bit close to my exhaust manifolds at one point
