I do the burnout dry.
I'll give the tuneup a chance.
I doubt thats what it is.

one of the key things to getting a car to run what it should after mods is making sure that the car is in tip top shape to begin with before the mods
you might be surprised at what a full tuneup can do to a car
noone wants to do plugs and wires on our cars but it IS a necessity to get the optimum performance

how many miles are on it?

And in case you went to the NJ track that wasn't mentioned - Island Dragway in Great Meadows, the altitude is 550-ft. Also a fast track, with at least one LT1 running a 9.04@155MPH a couple years ago..... . Atco and E'town are close to sea level.

Yea i hope u went to Atco or E-town cause they are close to sea level. I never been to Island and seeing u are from NY Englishtown is prob the closest to u. Well dude the FLowmaster isnt going to help u that much and the torque converter is going to change the way u have to launch. Dont be discouraged try the tune-up and try different launches. Good Luck

your problem is traction a 2.1 sixty foot is horrible for a 3200 stall

with drag radials and proper driving a 1.7-8 sixty foot should be easy....

you need practice
