whats the fastest youve gone with macs

whats the fastest youve gone with macs and with what mods, im trying to decide between slps, rk sports or my buddies really cheap 96 macs.

would you guys say heads/cam/nitrous would be too much for the macs? should i be looking at rksports or the slps?

The larger 1¾" primaries of the RK Sport/SLP will probably do a better job of supporting heads/cam. I'm sure the MAC's would do a great job, but I just wouldn't trust them to get the most out of the heads & cam. There's a lot of time, $$, and effort involved in that stuff.. Just my opinion.
