Want to install my new hotcam, along with some rk sport headers, as well as fix the rear main seal (which I just fixed)

I have an engine hoist handy. WHich is easier to pull the engine or leave in? What if I don't fix the rear main, easier to do in car?

Not sure about the rear main part of it, but the cam is not hard at all with the engine in the car. You have to take the radiator/fans out but there is enough room to yank it out and install the new one.

I wouldn't pull the engine to replace the cam but if your going to replace the rear main as well it might be worth thinking about. To replace the rear main seal you will have to either pull the engine or pull the trans. If your changine the cam as well it might be easier to pull the engine.
