Question whats the best way to jack up the car?

This might sound stupid but how do you jack up your car?

When i jack up the front i know to put the jack on the jack pads. Can i put the jack in the center of that cross member that has the motor mounts? I hope i'm doing it right.

The rear i have no idea. The dam sway bar is in the way of the pumpkin . What's a safe way of jacking up the rear? Is a 4x4 in front and behind the front wheels good to keep the car from rooling forward when jacking up the rear?

Also where to place jack stands? I want to be safe

whenever i did mine i just jacked from the subframes and put jack stands there. Also I see that you have subframe connectors. You could probably jack it up from there then place the jackstands on the subframes.

When I jack up the rear I put the jack under the torque arm mounts on the differential. I try to keep the jack clear of the differential cover to keep it from getting damaged.

For the rear put stops infront of the front wheels. Get your jack under the differential but make sure it's not hitting the diff. cover or the sway bar or that it's too far forward. If you look closely there are points made for the jack stands on the frame rail towards the back... otherwise the subframes would work.
