whats the best thing to do

ok i am looking at a 93 z with hooker headers intake and a flow master exhaust. and gears what should that run? 1/4

also i wanna do some engine work on it. heads cam pistons intake and all. what is the best thing to do first and what will give me the best bang for my buck.i wanna go n/a. and streetible some what. i have seen 383 stroker kits and top end kits whats the best and how much can the bottem end hold with a 2 bolt main. i know its alot of questions but if i could get them answered that would be greatly apreciated.

if money isn't a problem, I would start by doing heads/cam. then from there you can stroke it with a 383 kit or 355, even 396. Don't forget the little things along the way that get costly, like a new fuel pump, injectors, programming, lifters, pushrods, CSI pump, etc. All the little things add up quick! Again, I realize you said money isn't a problem, just budget your project out and see what you want to get first. I reccommend Lloyd Elliott's head porting. It's very affordable and uses the stock casting for some really results. Unless you prefer an aftermarket shell like AFR or someone else. Good luck and have fun
