whatdouthink? My scan
ok ran freescan for like 1minute on cold startup...
IAC position:130
MAP: .98
Barometer: .98
02 Volts: .004
Coolant temp: 40 C
Mas Air Temp: 3 C
Spark Advance: 29.0
Knock Retard: 0
Knock Couunt:154
Air Flow:11
Rich/Lean:0
how am i looking?
(i know the rich/lean and knock retard r good)

Looking at the car on cold start isn't going to tell you much. Under those conditions, its still in open loop, the A/F ratio is enriched for the cold start, the O2 sensors aren't working, the long term fuel trims are locked, IAC counts are raised to hold a higher idle RPM, etc.....
What problem are you trying to diagnose? That will tell you what kind of a scan you need. Then you need to look at a "log" of several minutes of performance under those conditions.
One thing that really stands out in you limited info is the MAP = .98 and Barometer = .98. Those readings are actually 98 kPa (kiloPascals) and the MAP reading is totally incorrect. At idle, even with the high IAC counts, the MAP should be closer to 40 kPa. When the car warms up, a reading closer to 33-36 kPA would be approriate.... although that's for a stock cam. With something more radical, MAP will be higher, bet at no time other than WOT will MAP = BAR.
