What would it cost?

To build this motor.

Stock Crank and rods cleaned up. SRP forged pistons, some port and polish work on my stock heads and w/e cam I choose to go with. I will just keep spraying my 150 on top of this.

Est. Labor,parts,machine work

Any help is appreciated.

I'd figure atleast 2 grand for a good P&P, a cam, and all the necessary stuff to install and go along with those mods. Examples: timing set, larger injectors, gaskets, materials, stud bolts, etc. Don't know about the rest of the stuff sorry. Also if you plan to have someone install it all I'd figure atleast another grand or more for that alone. Labor is expensive.

Yes labor is expensive. Nice thing is my best friend is ASE Master Certified and can help me. Not saying he's free but let's just say I get good deals.

On another note. I don't know that the stock crank would handle 350rwhp plus a 150 shot on it every once in a while. Any opinions on that?

Use a set of main studs and put in some good rod bolts and the crank should handle 350 hp plus a 150 shot every now and then.

the cast cranks can handle more than most think, i know several cars that put 500+rwhp on cast cranks. what kills cast cranks is rpm's keep it under 6500 and you should have no problem.
