What would cause these ignition problems?

When I get on the gas from a stop, it will act like it's going to die, then it goes.
When I'm driving it sounds like a machine gun, or like you're driving over a washboard. It varies with RPM, the higher the RPM's, the faster the machine gun shoots.

Just did opti and wires. Could it be a wire not all the way on the plug? Could it be a plug not all the way in the hole?

Thanks!

No... Coil wouldn't cause repetitive misfire on just one cylinder. This is extremely rhythmic.

Then check all your wires.
