What would cause one spark plug to be worse than other 7?

I did spark plugs about 5 months ago, and was just wondering this. 7 of the spark plugs all look normally worn, not too bad, while the #8 cylinder one is REALLY. The metal L piece on the end is like half way burned away, and the inside lil V(on the TGK's) is all filled in with crap.

IS this kinda normal, injectors, ignition, or could it be any of those?

Im replacing my coil when it gets here soon to fix my high RPm hesitation. Hopefully that'll fix it.

Check for a bad spark plug wire to #8. If a wire has a bad crack, or split in it. It will not give a good spark to the plug and can damage the one plug.

well i also replaced wires when I did them. After i did those, it took away the "stumble", but it still has a "hesitation" at high speeds. Meaning it doesnt jerk anymore, its smoother, but still slow. But im working on fixing that now(yea right, good luck!)
