What will a stuck open injector read? (ohms)

My car has been hard to start when cold lately. Today I bought a fuel pressure gauge and tested it out. With the key on, it builds up pressure to about 38 psi,(I'm supposed to have 41-47 according to my book) and when I turn the key off it drops about one psi every second until all the pressure is bled off. I read other threads about a check valve going bad in the fuel pump. Well, my question is, if a injector is stuck open, would it bleed down this fast? And what kind of ohm reading would a injector have when stuck open? (if this helps at all, I pulled the plugs and their is no evidence of running rich, a little on the lean side from what I can tell)

If an injector is stuck open that doesn't mean the coil will read any differently. If a coil is shorted or open, or has been saturated, then it might not work, but that is separate from the pintle being stuck open when it's turned off.

He is right. It will not change the reading. If you have an injector that is stuck your car will have a dead cylinder. sometimes you can tap the stuck injector and they will work again. This does not mean it is good again. Replace it. If the car runs good then this is not going to be your problem.

if you checked all plugs and none are soaked with fuel then I assume its a check valve

I was thinking I could have a injector stuck open because of the fuel pressure bleeding off so fast when I turn the key off after priming the system. The car idles very smoothly, I just wanted to rule out the injectors before replacing a fuel pump.

I forgot about that, recently changed all of my plugs and none of them were soaked in fuel, I guess that would rule out a stuck open injector

If you remove the rail you can test the injectors for leaking on most cars. There is info to do this on this site.

Just pull the rail, turn the key to koeo, and see if any of the injectors leak any fuel. This will eliminate your injectors. If not then it could be a check valve.
