What will happen here

My friend just got a 93 TA-M6 its stock for all i know, now we have a kid at school with a eagle talon ti? that is supposed to have 18psi I told my friend to go from a stop because he will have more torque down low than the eagle will because his is up high, alot of people are saying he will get beat what do you all think will happen and if he will loose what should it take hooker Lt's or maybe a cam with springs first?
