What is up with this site?

I asked a few question in the last few days about a LT-1 swap and both my posts have been deleted!
What ******* did it?
What if I said I was doing this into my 82 Z-28? Then what? Could I get some help then?
I said it before and Ill say it again, some people might wanna help me here with my LT-1 swap so please dont delete it. Some people like the thrill of the hunt and the thrill of helping others.
Some are just *******s and wanna be a **** to people that arent exactly like them. Now.
What happens it I unhook the AIR system? How can I bypass the PASS/VATS system with a LT1edit or tunercat? What do I do about the egr tube that runs from the back of the pass. side ex. manifold? Im getting headers so I wont have it unless I drill a hole and somehow run it in there. I also have wiring questions about the swap but I dont wanna type if the **** will delete it again.
If you wanna do it again at least admit it! Dont hide tell me why your doing it being as I am a Camaro owner and Im swapping a Camaro motor into my Chevy vehicle.

If your the ******* please email me at blazer43@charter.net and give me a good reason.

I hope this gets a laugh from some and pisses off the guy that did it. Mainly I really need help from some people and a reason from another. Can you tell im pissed?

Unhooking the air system shouldn't be a problem, you can disable VATS from via the PCM.

Do a search for an !EGR mod.

I can't tell your pissed, but that's because your post is so ****ing hard to read, just ask each question as a single sentence, not as one big glob, it makes it a lot easier to look back and answer them instead of trying to translate them.

Un-hook the air system it will be no problem but will result in a SES. Un-hook EGR also all of its tubes and vacums on intake. Buy some sheet metal cut and fit for a block, this will also trip the SES. If you have tuner cat/ lt1edit the SES will be no problem as you know. the swap is straight forward. I hope you dont have the digital speedo. What other ?????s do you have. just make them easy to read and try not to be smart ***( its hard at times) or the will ban you.

What's up with this site is that it is probably the best moderated, most respectful automotive site you'll ever get to post on - for now. I have posted many times looking for advice and every time I get the straight goods - folks here helped me fix things even the dealer couldn't figure out.
The deal is post with some forethought and be succinct. Get to the point and leave out the attitude. If you can manage to do that, you'll find a whole bunch of very smart and very experienced people who will do their best to help.

Did a search on your user name and came up with this:
http://web.camaross.com/forums/searc...der=descending
So which post isn't there?
I have been around a while, and seen Q's about swaps in other vehicle platforms, none of which were deleted..[very FEW of any posts are ever deleted]
BTW this IS the best site, and I actually doubt any post was deleted? [unless filled with expletives ]
Also, it might not hurt to learn how the site works before going nuts..
Looks to me like one post ended up in 3rd gen forum?By mistake[yours]?

Your post didn't get deleted. As new posts go up the old ones get pushed back. They are pages on 8 and 9 now. I did a search and most of your posts had replies. People were trying to help you but with that attitude don't expect any more.

Sorry guys

I went into the first 5-6 pages looking for it and I didnt see any of my posts so I thought they got deleted. I wasnt being as jerk at first till I saw that. I do know how the v-bulliten sites work and Im at 4-5 all the time. Sorry to get an attitude Im just used to helping people with their problems on other sites and it just looked like the mods here didnt want to help or let me get help. I wasnt expecting my thread to drop back 8 pages in a day! I got some threads that havent been touched in a week and are still on the main page on some sites! I will repost my original post that I had pasted here and 8 other sites.
If you can help me please do I need it.

Anybody done a LT-1 swap into a S-series yet?

I need help with the stuff like the AIR, PASS/VATS, and mostly the wiring codes/colors. I need to knoe what some of the wires are on the LT-1 harness and my blazers stock harness. What if I unhook the stock AIR system? How do I bypass the PASS/VATS w/o a LT1 Edit or Tunercat?
Ok I got a few on the LT-1 I dont know:
one harness with these wires:red w/black stripe , black , grey

another with orange w/black stripe , black w/white stripe

another with red , blue

another with black w/white stripe, black w/white stripe

another with tan w/white stripe

another with orange , black

another with purple, yellow, black

another with orange,blue,red,green,grey,yellow

and another that i think is for the abs cuz all are small wires brown w/white ,black w/white ,white w/black , pink, brown, brown w/white, green, green w/white,yellow w/black, and a tan

then on the Blazer I got most done
2 10 gauge reds: constant power
black 10 gauge: ground
Pink 10 gauge : ignition
Purple 10 gauge: starter
Grey 12 gauge: fuel pump
Pink (small) windsheil washer pump
Green (small) : water temp
Tan (small): Oil pressure
Brown (small) alt connector

Purple (small) I dont know and need to know

As mentioned there are a lot of very knowledgeable and helpfull people here on this site. I think the reason you may not have gotten an answer to your question is that not many people have done an LT1 swap into an S10, I can remember seeing a couple people post here that have done it. If nobody here has actually been through that swap it's a little hard to answer specific questions about it. I remember someone mentioning this site www.v8s10.com you may find some helpfull info there. Not trying to steer you away from this site, just trying to help

ive been there tried that and didnt get alot of help. Most people that have done this swap havent done the swap themselves. Most just chicken out and pay a shop to do it. I feel as if I cant do the mod then it doesnt need to be done! I take too much pride in doing things myself

I wasn't sure how informative that site was. I know there is one guy here that has a nice site about his LT1/S10 with a lot of detailed pics, cant remember his name. You might try finding him in a search. If I had the extra cash this is a project I'd love to do. I thought about picking up one of the S10 Extreme trucks cheap with a blown motor and swapping an LT1/T56 combo into it, I think that would be sweet. Now if I only had an extra 5-10 g's lying around

the site is www.lt1s10.com or something like that. I went there and its pull of the info I need so I dont really think i need much more help other than the pass vats system. He has all the wiring I need. and the only reason I the money was cuz I got into a wreck 2 1/2 yrs ago and got the money 4 days after my motor went. So I had some real luck with that. I see that they have alot of responses here and fast.

Just a little insight into how the site works:

There are only two people who can remove posts from "LT1 Tech" (moderators).... Brent94Z and ChrisFrez. Neither of these guys would arbitrarily delete valid posts, even if they are laced with profanities. They would first suggest that you NOT use words that are only going to get caught by the language filters. Not really nice to attack them and curse them, without all the facts.

I strongly suspect that if you did a "search" on your screen name, you would find all the posts you have made on the site in the brief time you have been here. Posts fall off the bottom of the page.. and end up many pages down very quickly. And this happens exactly because so many people come here for help, and usually find it. Maybe not in a few minutes, not in a few hours, but they usually find the help.

Some suggestions.... keep your topics short. A long thread isn't going to be read fully. Keep the language clean... there are a lot of us who deliberately ignore post with topics that include "WTF".... Organize your thoughts, try to get the spelling, punctuation and sentence structure to the point where people have a chance at understanding it. This isn't English class, but the clearer your question, the more likely you are to get a useful answer.

Good luck with your project!

Is that a 94 LT1 and PCM you are using?
We would need to know the year to identify the wiring harness, also which harness[PCM harness? PCM connector A,B,C,D?]Or some other harness?
Probably someone can help with the LT1 harnesses but the S10 harnesses you'll need someone with an S10 or that has done LT1 S10 swap...

its a 94 LT1 harness and ecm. the plugs on the harness are labeled 1,2,3,& 4, or red, blue, clear, and black(smoked is more like it). Mainly I need those wires I listed above for the lt1 harness.
the only one i dont have on the S-10 is the small(16-18 gauge) purple wire going into my truck. Other than that it should be fired up really soon!
