what to torque arp main studs at?

what to torque arp main studs at?
i have pro gram 4-bolt main splayed caps(studs in the middle and regular main bolts on the side) and i dont know what to torque them at.do you torque the studs different from the bolt that goes in the side of the main?i know you cant torque them at 77 ft.lbs because it would snap the 3/16 hex bit off every time or is there a special tool? thanks for any help
