What spring compressor to buy part number if anyone knows it for my 96 lt1 would ls1 spring compressor work on lt1 thanks

To be honest they're all a pain in the ***. The screw type is good but if you have room the bar is fun too. If you're using beehives the screw type is good for install and removing. I liked using the bar to pull the stockers off.

I have one of the Crane ones for the LT1. It's part number 99473-1. It appears that Summit still has it.

It's for 3/8" studs. You may have to drill it if you have 7/16"(like I have now...have not tried it on 7/16" studs)....or use some old 3/8" studs.
